Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for process execution and customer satisfaction? Cognizant, a global leader in professional services, is hiring a Process Executive-CDM/PV to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute daily operational tasks using MS Excel to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
  • Oversee customer management processes, ensuring all interactions are handled professionally and promptly.
  • Provide support in complaint management, addressing and resolving customer issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve workflow.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest tools and techniques in process execution.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Utilize MS Excel to analyze data and generate reports for management review.
  • Adapt to rotational shifts and a hybrid work model to meet business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Must have: Strong technical skills in MS Excel for data management and analysis.
  • Nice to have: Experience in customer management and complaint management.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model with rotational shifts.

Certifications:

  • MS Excel Certification (preferred).
  • Customer Service Certification (preferred).
