Key Responsibilities

The selected candidates for the Medical Information Specialist job will be responsible for:

  • Handling and triaging incoming Medical Information (MI), Adverse Event (AE), Product Quality Complaint (PQC), and ADR calls
  • Responding to medical inquiries through phone, email, fax, and EDC systems
  • Conducting follow-ups with healthcare professionals, patients, caregivers, and clinical study teams
  • Maintaining accurate documentation, trackers, templates, and e-folders
  • Performing compliance checks for medical information management systems
  • Supporting REMS contact center, PAP/PSP support, and clinical call center activities
  • Ensuring compliance with SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and project timelines
  • Participating in audits and regulatory inspections
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders and clients for timely deliverables
  • Maintaining high-quality customer engagement and communication standards

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification
