Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates for the Medical Information Specialist job will be responsible for:
- Handling and triaging incoming Medical Information (MI), Adverse Event (AE), Product Quality Complaint (PQC), and ADR calls
- Responding to medical inquiries through phone, email, fax, and EDC systems
- Conducting follow-ups with healthcare professionals, patients, caregivers, and clinical study teams
- Maintaining accurate documentation, trackers, templates, and e-folders
- Performing compliance checks for medical information management systems
- Supporting REMS contact center, PAP/PSP support, and clinical call center activities
- Ensuring compliance with SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and project timelines
- Participating in audits and regulatory inspections
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders and clients for timely deliverables
- Maintaining high-quality customer engagement and communication standards
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
