Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all aspects of clinical trial supplies for assigned trials.
- Evaluate and select vendors/service providers for clinical trial supply management.
- Manage IxRS tools, monitor supply utilization, resupply, accountability, and reconciliation.
- Forecast clinical supply needs (Investigational & comparator drugs, ancillary supplies).
- Calculate and ensure supply readiness by coordinating with internal teams.
- Oversee procurement of comparator drugs and additional trial-related supplies.
- Coordinate packaging & labelling, including label design and expiry extensions.
- Liaise with internal teams & external partners (CROs, vendors) for smooth supply shipments.
- Monitor temperature excursions during shipments and storage.
- Develop and update SOPs for clinical trial supply management.
