Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Coordinate and oversee clinical trial activities related to eye care research.
✔ Manage patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment processes.
✔ Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards (GCP, ICH guidelines).
✔ Liaise with investigators, sponsors, and regulatory authorities.
✔ Maintain accurate documentation and data management for trials.
✔ Assist in protocol development and study design.
✔ Prepare schedules for the ethics committee and academic cell.
✔ Design flyers and promotional materials for hospital programs.
✔ Arrange hospital admissions, lab services, and patient follow-ups.
✔ Perform basic clinical tasks like recording blood pressure, weight, and temperature.

Desired Candidate Profile

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
✅ 2-5 years of experience in clinical research or healthcare settings.
✅ Proficiency in image editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop).
✅ Strong communication skills (English – written & verbal).
✅ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
✅ Attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols.
