🔬 Job Description: Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA)

📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup, maintenance, and closeout of clinical trial documentation.
- Maintain and update the Trial Master File (TMF) ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines and company SOPs.
- Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and provide administrative support to CRAs & project managers.
- Track essential documents and ensure timely submissions.
- Liaise with investigators, sponsors, and internal teams for smooth trial execution.
- Support regulatory submissions and audit preparations.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related fields.
- 1-2 years of experience in clinical research (freshers with strong knowledge may apply).
- Understanding of ICH-GCP, clinical trial protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and eTMF systems (preferred).
