CLINTRIALS SMO is hiring B.Pharm/M.Pharm graduates for the Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) Trainee role in Bangalore & Tiruchirappalli. This is a career-launching opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on clinical research experience in a hospital-based research environment.

As a CRC Trainee, you will receive mentorship from industry experts and training in:
✔ Clinical trial coordination & management
✔ Patient recruitment & informed consent procedures
✔ Data collection & documentation
✔ Regulatory compliance (GCP, ICH guidelines)
✔ Adverse event reporting & patient safety monitoring
✔ Trial logistics & investigational product management

After 3 months of training, high-performing candidates will be offered a full-time CRC position with CLINTRIALS SMO.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate clinical trial activities as per study protocols.
  • Screen, recruit, and obtain consent from eligible participants.
  • Accurately record & manage clinical trial data.
  • Maintain communication with investigators, sponsors & study teams.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) & ethical guidelines.
  • Assist in regulatory documentation & site audits.
  • Oversee investigational product handling & trial supplies.

Eligibility Criteria

✅ B.Pharm / M.Pharm (Pharmacy graduates preferred)
✅ Freshers welcome – Strong interest in clinical research
✅ Basic knowledge of clinical trials & GCP is a plus
✅ Willingness to work in a hospital research setting
