Job Responsibilities
Operator – Alu-Alu & Blister Packing Machine
- Operate and maintain Alu-Alu or Blister Packing Machines to ensure efficient production.
- Conduct routine equipment checks and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with production teams to meet daily targets.
Production Planning & Material Control (PPMC) Officer
- Plan and schedule production activities to optimize resource utilization.
- Monitor material inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement.
- Ensure compliance with production timelines and quality standards.
Officer – IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance)
- Perform in-process quality checks during manufacturing.
- Document and report deviations to ensure product quality.
- Support audits and compliance with regulatory standards.
Officer – QA (Documentation)
- Prepare and maintain quality assurance documentation, including SOPs and batch records.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
- Assist in internal and external audits.
Officer – QC (Quality Control)
- Conduct quality control tests on raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
- Analyze test results and prepare detailed reports.
- Ensure adherence to pharmacopeial standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Operators (Alu-Alu & Blister Packing Machine): Diploma or Vocational Training in Mechanical, Electrical, or Technical fields with 2–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- PPMC Officer: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field with 2–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical production planning.
- IPQA/QA/QC Officers: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related fields with 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of GMP, regulatory compliance, and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
