โญ Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Research Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting site feasibility, identifying investigators, and negotiating study budgets.
- Finalizing sites, investigators, CDA, and study-related contracts.
- Preparing and submitting documents for Ethics Committee (EC) approval.
- Overseeing IP dispensing, inventory management, and reconciliation.
- Ensuring timely site initiation, monitoring, and close-out activities.
- Providing study protocol, procedure, and GCP training to site personnel.
- Ensuring timely recruitment, source data verification (SDV), and query resolution.
- Managing reporting of SAEs and SUSARs as per regulatory and Sun Pharma PV policies.
- Identifying risks, performing root cause analysis, and implementing CAPA.
- Coordinating with in-house and CRO teams for data management, biostatistics, and DBL.
๐ Eligibility & Qualifications
- Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Public Health, or related field.
- PG Diploma in Clinical Research is preferred.
- 1โ5 years of clinical research experience is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of ICH-GCP, regulatory guidelines, and clinical trial operations.
- Good communication, monitoring, and site-management skills.
