Job Highlights:
- Knowledge Requirements:
- BA/BE (Bioavailability/Bioequivalence) studies.
- Basic regulatory guidelines for conducting BA/BE studies.
- Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
- Responsibilities:
- Create, plan, and monitor all project activities in the PM database.
- Ensure project activities are accurate and on track.
- Facilitate communication among functional teams for interdependent projects.
- Identify and resolve software issues related to the PM database.
- Train end users and document processes for software use.
- Maintain monthly records of analytical methods and completed bioequivalence studies.
- Provide excellent customer service and support for internal teams.
Key Skills and Abilities:
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Build and maintain relationships across all functional units and sites.
- Provide solutions to improve current business processes.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Educational Qualifications:
- Undergraduate (UG): B.Pharm (Any Specialization)
- Postgraduate (PG): M.Pharm (Any Specialization)
- Other Requirements:
- Based in Ahmedabad or Gujarat.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Knowledge of BA/BE studies is an advantage.
