1. Operator Production – API

Job Overview

The Operator Production – API role is focused on supporting unit operations and unit processes in API manufacturing. The position requires hands-on exposure to production equipment, cGMP-based practices, safety requirements and timely reporting of deviations or abnormalities during manufacturing activities.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain equipment and production areas as per cGMP and safety requirements.
• Operate equipment such as reactors, centrifuges, filters, dryers and other equipment involved in the production of APIs.
• Carry out manufacturing activities as per BMR and SOP.
• Handle raw materials, intermediates and finished products as per procedures.
• Report any abnormalities, deviations or breakdowns to the shift in-charge.
• Ensure compliance with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering
• B.Sc. Chemistry

Key Skills and Experience Required

• Exposure in unit operations and unit process in API manufacturing.
• 0 to 3 years of relevant experience.

2. Officer Production – API

Job Overview

The Officer Production – API role is designed for candidates with experience in API manufacturing operations and production monitoring. The role involves equipment operation, process documentation, coordination with plant functions and supervision support for shift activities.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor various equipment used in API manufacturing, including reactors, centrifuges and dryers.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area as per cGMP norms.
• Follow Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) diligently.
• Handle raw materials and intermediates as per instructions and safety procedures.
• Record process parameters and deviations accurately.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, maintenance and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
• Support shift in-charges and senior officers in day-to-day operations.
• Report abnormalities or process deviations immediately to supervisors.

Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering

Key Skills and Experience Required

• Exposure in unit operations and unit process in API manufacturing.
• 2 to 6 years of relevant experience.
