Key Responsibilities
As a vital member of our Biotech Vaccine team, your responsibilities will include:
- Upstream Processing: Engage in various unit operations that are essential for the upstream processing of Drug Substance (DS) manufacturing. Your role will be integral to the production process.
- GMP Documentation: Assist in the maintenance of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) documentation for DS manufacturing. This includes batch records and equipment usage logs to ensure compliance and traceability.
- Facility Monitoring: Monitor the manufacturing facility regularly to guarantee that it adheres to current cGMP standards, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment.
- Audit Preparedness: Be involved in preparation activities for regulatory audits. This role will require you to work closely with various teams to ensure all documentation and processes are audit-ready.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work collaboratively with teams across Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), Maintenance, Warehouse, and Injection. Your ability to coordinate effectively will be essential for seamless operations.
- Training and Mentoring: Provide training and mentorship to new joiners, helping them acclimatize to our standards and practices.
- Calibration and Qualification Tracking: Keep track of calibration and qualification activities, including equipment and weighing scales to ensure precision in manufacturing.
