Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
• 5-6 years of relevant experience in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage DEI initiatives within the organization.
• Foster a culture of inclusion and belonging across all departments.
• Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and diversity.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure DEI principles are integrated into all company practices.
