Role Summary:
- Ensure effective implementation of the EHS management system.
- Follow company procedures and policies related to EHS and report performance to management.
- Ensure safety measures are available and followed during all activities.
- Adhere to CGLP (current Good Laboratory Practice) and cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Adhere to good documentation practices.
- Maintain documents in the Microbiology department.
- Verify annexures for completeness and correctness after activity completion.
- Maintain media plates and sterile swab stock records.
- Verify and maintain plates and annexures inside areas as required for smooth environmental monitoring activity.
- Timely escalate and communicate any delays or challenges to leads.
- Execute any other work as allocated.
- Environmental monitoring for areas M1, M2, INNOCULUM, QC, W20 and document the same.
- Utility monitoring (Water) and environmental monitoring trend analysis for M1, M2, INNOCULUM, QC, W20.
- Coordinate results with production.
