Position Overview
The Associate Project Manager is responsible for the management and administration of client projects throughout their lifecycle. The role involves coordinating resources, aligning timelines, managing deliverables, tracking risks, and maintaining communication between internal teams and clients.
The position requires strong organizational skills, business judgment, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project scope, plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables across assigned accounts.
- Coordinate with department resource managers to allocate resources and manage project workloads.
- Monitor project progress to ensure deliverables remain on schedule and within scope.
- Work with account teams to obtain client approval for project plans.
- Prepare for legal and regulatory submissions.
- Support forecasting and future resource planning with department leads.
- Capture and execute client requests while maintaining quality standards.
- Identify project risks and issues and coordinate with stakeholders to develop solutions.
- Maintain communication and serve as the central source of project information for assigned accounts.
- Apply quality assurance standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain knowledge of assigned brands and manage multiple projects in a changing work environment.
Eligibility and Qualifications
