About the Role:
As a Medical Documentation Specialist at Augmedix, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting healthcare professionals by assisting in patient documentation and electronic health record (EHR) management. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with doctors to document patient encounters and update EHRs.

  • Undergo specialized training to ensure proficiency in working with US doctors.
  • Maintain accurate patient history, physical exam findings, and other relevant health information.
  • Adhere to compliance standards outlined by HIPAA.
  • Assist in improving provider productivity and workflow as directed by supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Graduates from any discipline.
  • Fluency in English with strong comprehension and writing skills.
  • Proficiency in computer skills with a good typing speed and ability to adapt to new technology.

  • Availability to work night shifts aligned with US time zones (EST to PST).
