Job Description (Key Responsibilities)

• Conduct inpatient coding audits with a focus on clinical validation.
• Ensure accuracy in medical coding and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Analyze medical records and validate coding assignments.
• Work in a rotational shift environment (day/night shifts as per company requirements).
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve coding discrepancies.
