Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Clinical Project Manager at Clario, you will:
- Support Clinical Project Managers with day-to-day project administration.
- Assist in project billing, forecasting, invoice reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Coordinate project start-up, execution, and study close-out activities.
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to meet project milestones.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce software for project workflows and billable services.
- Monitor project financial progress and respond to forecasting and billing queries.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, ICH-GCP, FDA guidelines, and quality standards.
- Review presentations, prepare training documents, and improve operational processes.
- Support software configuration, workflow validation, and automation initiatives.
- Act as Project Manager when required.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Associate’s Degree (Required)
