Job Opportunity in the Maintenance Department
Position: Executive / Assistant Manager
Department: Maintenance
Location: Vizag
Experience: 4 – 10 years
Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical / Instrumentation)
Key Responsibilities
- Preventive Maintenance: Oversee and implement strategies to ensure the reliability and performance of machinery.
- Breakdown Maintenance: Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures promptly to minimize downtime.
- Utility Management: Monitor and manage utility systems to ensure efficient operation.
- HVAC & Boiler Maintenance: Ensure that HVAC systems and boilers operate effectively and meet regulatory standards.
- Instrumentation Expertise: Work with PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems to maintain optimal performance.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and compliance with safety regulations.
Essential Requirements
- Pharma Background: Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Preventive maintenance, Breakdown maintenance, Utility, HVAC, Boiler, Instrumentation, PLC, SCADA, and HMI.
