Clinical Data Tagger

The Clinical Data Tagger will support AI development initiatives by reviewing clinical information, applying clinical context and judgment, tagging examples according to established criteria, and documenting clear clinical reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Review audio transcripts and contextual data from senior living and senior care environments.
• Interpret available information using appropriate clinical context and judgment.
• Tag examples as clinically valid or not clinically valid based on established clinical criteria and guidelines.
• Provide clear and clinically sound reasoning for tagging decisions.
• Distinguish genuine clinical presentations from situations that only appear clinically relevant based on isolated symptoms or phrases.
• Identify and flag ambiguous, unclear, or borderline cases for further review.
• Identify recurring patterns, inconsistencies, and potential data-quality issues.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency across assigned datasets.
• Work independently while following structured guidelines, workflows, and quality expectations.
• Collaborate with the project team and provide feedback to improve tagging guidelines and data-quality processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional standards when handling clinical and senior-care-related data.
