🔬 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and validate physicochemical analytical methods for biologics
• Perform method development and validation for monoclonal antibodies (mAbs)
• Conduct batch release testing using advanced analytical techniques
• Work on protein characterization including purity, identity, and structure
• Utilize tools such as:
  • SEC-HPLC, RP-HPLC, CEX
  • Capillary Electrophoresis (Maurice)
  • Glycan analysis (NP-HPLC)
  • DLS, DSC, CD spectroscopy, SEC-MALS
• Support biosimilar development projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in R&D and manufacturing

🧪 Required Skills & Technical Expertise

• Strong understanding of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs)
• Experience in biosimilar analytical development
• Hands-on exposure to chromatography & spectroscopy techniques
• Knowledge of higher-order structure analysis of proteins
• Familiarity with Mass Spectrometry (preferred)
• Experience with statistical tools like GraphPad / JMP
