Key Responsibilities
- Process medical record requests from patients, healthcare providers, and other authorized entities.
- Ensure strict compliance with privacy laws (HIPAA) and institutional data security policies.
- Maintain and organize patient records, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
- Verify authorization before releasing sensitive health records.
- Resolve inconsistencies and troubleshoot access issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including healthcare, legal, and patient support staff.
Core Skills Required
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Solid understanding of medical terminology and documentation standards.
- Strong computer literacy, particularly with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Pharmacy, Nursing, Commerce, or Life Sciences.
- 1–4 years of experience in any US Healthcare Process such as:
- Release of Information (ROI)
- Claims Adjudication/Adjustment
- Medical Billing / RCM (Revenue Cycle Management)
- Healthcare Document Retrieval (preferred)
