Job Description

As a Trainee Officer, Compression, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily manufacturing activities and documentation. Here’s a detailed breakdown of your responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Daily Activities & Documentation:
    • Ensure proper execution and documentation of processing area activities such as temperature and %RH monitoring, area cleaning, balance verification, and calibration.
  2. Supervision of Manufacturing Activities:
    • Oversee the operation of compression machines like Fette 2200i, Fette 3200i, and Sejong.
    • Monitor and verify batch settings, challenge tests, and handle batch setting rejection and reconciliation.
  3. Data Management & Compliance:
    • Update raw data for Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) of critical equipment.
    • Review audit trails for each equipment and lot at every processing step, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  4. Quality Assurance (QA) Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the QA team to ensure all processes meet regulatory and organizational standards.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharma)

Experience:

  • 0–2 years of experience in a similar role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency in handling and supervising compression machines.
