1. ADL – Analytical Development Laboratory
Job Overview
The ADL role is for professionals with experience in analytical method development, validation and regulatory-aligned documentation for API products. Candidates should have practical knowledge of analytical instruments and laboratory compliance expectations.
Responsibilities
- Perform method development and optimization using HPLC and LCMS.
- Carry out method validation as per regulatory and ICH guidelines.
- Prepare, review and technically input specifications and methods of analysis.
- Execute GLP-related activities, including instrument calibration, qualification and standard management.
- Prepare and review analytical documentation, protocols and reports.
Qualifications
- M.Sc. Organic / Analytical Chemistry / M.Pharm
Key Skills and Experience Required
- 3 to 8 years of experience in the API industry.
- Strong exposure to HPLC, LCMS, validation, GLP activities and analytical documentation.
2. R&D – CDMO, Synthesis, Deuterated, Specialty Chemicals
Job Overview
The R&D opening is for candidates experienced in API synthesis, process development and DMF documentation. This role is suited for candidates who have worked on scale-up, process optimization and regulatory-focused development activities in API manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Work on API synthesis, process development and DMF documentation.
- Apply cost-effective, quality-driven and eco-friendly process approaches while maintaining ICH guideline compliance.
- Support lab-scale process optimization, product validation and technology transfer basics.
- Maintain working knowledge of NMR, Mass and HPLC characterization.
Qualifications
- M.Sc. Organic Chemistry / Ph.D. Chemistry
Key Skills and Experience Required
- 2 to 8 years of experience in the API industry.
- Knowledge of API synthesis, process development, characterization and regulatory documentation.
3. Production
Job Overview
The Production role is for experienced professionals from API manufacturing who can support day-to-day production activities, batch monitoring and documentation. Candidates should be familiar with production compliance, batch records and shop-floor execution requirements.
Responsibilities
- Conduct API production and bulk drug manufacturing activities as per required quality standards.
- Support batch start-up activities and monitoring.
- Perform calibration of balance where applicable.
- Review technical documents such as batch records, SOPs, BMR and validation protocols.
- Maintain GMP requirements and ensure exposure to cGMP practices.
Qualifications
- B.E. / B.Tech Chemical Engineering / M.Sc. Organic Chemistry
Key Skills and Experience Required

- Experience in API production, bulk drug manufacturing, documentation and cGMP practices.
