Position
Data Management Sr Associate
The selected candidate will support the delivery of high-quality clinical trial data by executing core data management activities throughout the study lifecycle, with a focus on data integrity, compliance, and timely study execution.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Execute clinical study data management activities such as database build testing, data cleaning, query management, reconciliation, and lock preparation with limited oversight.
- Support Data Delivery Leads, Database Designers, and Data Acquisition Leads by owning time-sensitive deliverables.
- Contribute to the setup and maintenance of EDC and non-CRF data structures.
- Support activities involving local labs, coding dictionaries, and non-CRF data integrations.
- Track progress against data management and study timelines and deliverables.
- Identify risks or delays and escalate issues with clear documentation and mitigations.
- Coordinate with local internal teams, global team members, and external partners, including FSPs, when required.
- Identify opportunities to improve repeatable processes.
- Contribute to best practices and knowledge sharing across the team.
Eligibility & Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
Candidates must meet one of the following:
- Master’s degree, or
- Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of clinical execution experience, or
- Associate’s degree with 6 years of clinical execution experience, or
- High school diploma/GED with 8 years of clinical execution experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of work experience in a life sciences or medically related field.
- At least 1 year of biopharmaceutical clinical research experience obtained while working on clinical trials in a biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO company.
- Experience working in Data Management on global clinical trials.
