Key Responsibilities

As an Associate Quality Complaints at Amgen, you will:

  • Conduct complaint investigation activities related to customer feedback records.
  • Evaluate and manage product complaint records according to applicable procedures.
  • Process records with limited information and determine escalation requirements.
  • Ensure complaint investigations remain compliant with SOPs and quality standards.
  • Manage customer feedback records through closure.
  • Review and process voided complaint records.
  • Maintain quality and accuracy of complaint documentation.
  • Handle controlled documents through Amgen’s CDOCS system.
  • Support project management activities and provide status updates.
  • Maintain trackers, tools, and quality documentation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within complaint management processes.

Eligibility Criteria

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in:

  • Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
  • Biotechnology
  • Life Sciences
  • Related Scientific Disciplines

Experience: 2-4 years in Pharma, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences.

OR

Master’s Degree in:

  • M.Pharm
  • Biotechnology
  • Life Sciences
  • Related Scientific Disciplines

Experience: 1-3 years in Pharma, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences.

Preferred Skills

Based on industry benchmarks for similar pharmaceutical quality roles in Hyderabad, the estimated compensation range is:

₹7,00,000 – ₹11,00,000 per annum (CTC)
