Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Quality Complaints at Amgen, you will:
- Conduct complaint investigation activities related to customer feedback records.
- Evaluate and manage product complaint records according to applicable procedures.
- Process records with limited information and determine escalation requirements.
- Ensure complaint investigations remain compliant with SOPs and quality standards.
- Manage customer feedback records through closure.
- Review and process voided complaint records.
- Maintain quality and accuracy of complaint documentation.
- Handle controlled documents through Amgen’s CDOCS system.
- Support project management activities and provide status updates.
- Maintain trackers, tools, and quality documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within complaint management processes.
Eligibility Criteria
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
- Biotechnology
- Life Sciences
- Related Scientific Disciplines
Experience: 2-4 years in Pharma, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences.
OR
Master’s Degree in:
- M.Pharm
- Biotechnology
- Life Sciences
- Related Scientific Disciplines
Experience: 1-3 years in Pharma, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences.
