Responsibilities in Job
As part of the QA, QC, and Engineering team at Akums, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of product quality and operational efficiency.
For QA/QC roles:
- Conduct routine quality control tests and inspections
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Assist in product development and stability testing
- Maintain accurate records of test results and outcomes
- Support audits and inspections for regulatory certifications
For Engineering roles:
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of machinery
- Troubleshoot technical issues in manufacturing equipment
- Perform routine checks to ensure equipment operates efficiently
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure minimal downtime
- Support the development and implementation of new technologies
Qualifications
To be eligible for the roles, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- QA/QC Roles:
- B.Pharma, M.Sc., or B.Sc. (Freshers are welcome to apply)
- Engineering Roles:
- B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Candidates must have a strong educational background and a passion for ensuring the highest standards of quality in pharmaceutical production.
Skills Required
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Basic knowledge of industry standards and regulatory compliance
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment (for QA/QC candidates)
- Problem-solving abilities (for Engineering candidates)
