🧪 About the Role
The Pharmacovigilance Services Associate will support the Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety Surveillance team within Accenture’s Life Sciences R&D vertical. The role involves end-to-end case processing, ensuring data quality, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Manage affiliate mailbox and reconcile case reports per process.
- Perform case identification, triage, data entry, MedDRA coding, and follow-ups.
- Process and submit Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) in compliance with global regulations.
- Handle serious and non-serious adverse event reports.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for timely case management.
- Work in rotational shifts as required.
🎓 Qualifications and Skills Required
- Qualification: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
- Experience: 0 – 2 years
- Strong understanding of pharmacovigilance regulations and ICSR processes
- Familiarity with MedDRA coding and safety databases
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a global team
