Job Responsibilities
As a Health Operations New Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Processing healthcare membership applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Maintaining accurate member records and documentation.
- Responding to enrollment and transaction-related queries.
- Handling healthcare operational requests received through emails and internal applications.
- Coordinating documentation required for global regulatory submissions.
- Processing electronic regulatory filings and life cycle management submissions.
