- Managing communication with healthcare service providers.
- Organizing training programs for staff and stakeholders.
- Ensuring effective communication between various stakeholders.
- Maintaining and updating medical records.
- Coordinating appointments.
- Assisting in emergency situations to ensure seamless operations of the healthcare platform.
Qualifications:
- EMT and Medicine Knowledge: Strong understanding of emergency medical techniques and medicine.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and interact with healthcare providers and patients.
- Healthcare Administration Experience: Proven experience in healthcare administration and coordination.
- Training and Project Management Skills: Ability to organize and manage training programs and healthcare projects.
- Knowledge of Healthcare Service Providers and Medical Terminology: Familiarity with healthcare providers and understanding of medical terms.
- Ability to Work Under Pressure: Capable of maintaining composure and effectiveness in emergency situations.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, BHMS, BAMS, BDS, B.Sc Nursing, or MBA in HAHM.
