Key Responsibilities

As a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant to the Director, your role will involve managing key tasks that ensure smooth operations for the executive team:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
  • Manage information flow and ensure timely, accurate communication.
  • Organize and maintain the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and appointments.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for executives.
  • Track daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly financial reports.
  • Supervise clerical staff and oversee their performance.
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory as part of office management duties.
  • Format information for internal and external communication, including memos, emails, presentations, and reports.
  • Take minutes during important meetings to document discussions and decisions.
  • Screen and direct phone calls, manage correspondence, and ensure timely communication.
  • Organize and maintain the office filing system, ensuring important documents are easily accessible.
