Roles & Responsibilities
Production (API)
- Handling powder processing and batch manufacturing operations
- Managing reactors, centrifuges, dryers, and filtration systems
- Performing unit operations as per Batch Production Record (BPR)
- Ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of equipment
- Monitoring raw materials and intermediates
- Following GMP guidelines during production processes
Quality Control (API)
- Conducting API analysis for wet lab, stability, and in-process testing
- Operating instruments such as UV, IR, Autotitrator, Karl Fischer, GC, HPLC, LCMS, GCMS
- Performing microbiological testing and environmental monitoring
- Executing validation protocols including sterility and MLT tests
- Water analysis and documentation as per regulatory standards
