This role focuses on adverse event reporting, pharmacovigilance operations, safety documentation, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with sales teams, QA departments, and global PV teams. Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting pharmacovigilance and drug safety monitoring activities related to marketed pharmaceutical products.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Manage documentation processes related to Adverse Event (AE) reporting in compliance with local and global SOPs
- Coordinate with Sales teams and Global Pharmacovigilance teams for safety monitoring activities
- Complete Adverse Event reporting forms and conduct follow-ups for missing safety information
- Perform telephonic and email follow-ups with Sales teams regarding safety data requests
- Coordinate with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to share Batch Analysis Reports with sales teams
- Prepare and maintain monthly logs of pharmacovigilance communications
- Support internal audits and regulatory pharmacovigilance inspections
- Ensure national pharmacovigilance activities remain compliant with regulatory requirements
- Ensure timely reporting of adverse events to the company and relevant health authorities
- Conduct local literature screening for safety signals when required
- Maintain and manage PV training systems for territory-based staff

Qualifications
