Available Positions and Job Profiles
Lupin is recruiting for Quality Control Officer roles in two specialized streams:
1. Quality Control Officer (MDI/DPI)
- Analysis of finished product samples, i.e., Aerosol Products (MDI/DPI).
- Maintain instrument usage like UV spectrophotometer, HPLC, GC, Analytical Balance, Spray View, XRD, etc.
- Perform analytical testing skills for test like Assay, APSD, by MDI/DPI products and physical testing etc.
- Knowledge of Chromatone software, Pattern, FPM, and other routine QC instruments.
- Understanding of Data Integrity, GMP, laboratory instrument 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
2. Quality Control Officer (Nasal/Derma)
- Analysis of finished product samples for Nasal & Derma formulations.
- Maintain instrument usage like UV spectrophotometer, HPLC, GC, Analytical Balance, Dissolution, Spray View, Physical Tech etc.
- Perform assay, physical testing, etc. (SCU, RS, Spray Pattern, DSD, Spray Tech).
- Knowledge of Chromatone software 7.3 and other routine QC instruments.
- Understanding of Data Integrity, GMP, laboratory instrument software 21 CFR compliance.
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years to 7 years (B.Pharm or M.Sc). Note: USFDA/MHRA regulatory exposure is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine and advanced analysis of finished pharmaceutical products using sophisticated analytical instruments.
- Ensure instrument calibration, maintenance, and proper usage in line with GMP standards.
- Perform assays, dissolution, spray testing, physical evaluations, and other QC tests.
- Maintain data integrity and compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 and other regulatory guidelines.
- Handle troubleshooting and routine operations of QC lab equipment.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Educational Qualification: B.Pharm or M.Sc (Chemistry/Analytical).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HPLC, GC, UV, Spray View, dissolution apparatus, etc.
- Familiarity with software like Chromeleon 7.3.
- Knowledge of GMP, data integrity, and regulatory compliance (USFDA/MHRA preferred).
- Minimum 60% marks in academics; relevant experience relaxation possible for exceptional candidates.
