Veeda Lifesciences, a leading global CRO, is inviting applications for the role of Clinical Supplies Officer (CSO). The CSO will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end clinical supply activities across domestic and international clinical trials—ensuring timely, compliant, and cost-effective delivery of investigational medicinal products (IMPs).
Key Responsibilities
Operational Oversight
- Coordinate procurement, packaging, labeling, and distribution of IMPs.
- Collaborate with Clinical Supplies Manager, Regulatory, Clinical Operations, and vendor teams.
- Support label creation, packaging development, and supply forecasts.
- Ensure timely and cost-efficient supply delivery across studies.
- Maintain product integrity, manage temperature excursions, and ensure compliance with IMP handling SOPs.
- Prepare and present project-related reports to stakeholders.
Compliance Management
- Ensure adherence to ICH-GCP, national/international regulatory standards, and company QMS.
- Follow internal SOPs for clinical supply management, packaging, labeling, and distribution.
- Support audit readiness and compliance documentation across teams and vendors.
Technical / Functional Competencies
- Strong understanding of drug supply lifecycle and clinical supply chain workflows.
- Prior exposure to clinical operations, pharmaceutical development, or regulatory affairs.
- Experience coordinating vendors and packaging/labeling activities.
- Knowledge of GxP, ICH-GCP, data integrity, and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences / Pharmacy.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Clinical Supply Management or related domains.
- Completed ICH-GCP training (mandatory).
- Excellent communication, project coordination, and documentation skills.
