Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with Surgical Operating Unit (OU) to ensure proper application of regulatory processes
- Convert technical documents into Global Submission Summary Documentation (GSSD)
- Create e-BOM structures in CAP Agile for GSSD
- Improve regulatory processes using AI-based automation tools
- Ensure compliance across multiple Quality Management Systems
- Stay updated with evolving regulatory guidelines
- Support global cross-functional teams to meet project timelines
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical, Mechanical, Life Sciences, or related discipline
- 4–7 years of Regulatory Affairs experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals
- Strong understanding of regulatory systems, documentation, and compliance
- Ability to work independently with general supervision
- Willingness to work in US EST time zone
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Knowledge of US FDA and global regulatory submissions
- Project management experience
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- RAPS Certification (RAC) preferred

Role Overview
