Key Responsibilities
As a Bioinformatics Analyst, you will:
- Analyze large-scale sequencing datasets such as Whole Metagenome Genome sequencing.
- Interpret complex biological data for research-driven insights.
- Contribute to study protocol design and technical reports.
- Offer statistical expertise for cross-functional scientific projects.
- Conduct simulations to assess study designs and analytical strategies.
- Ensure accuracy, reproducibility, and quality of assigned studies.
- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and manipulation for daily analyses.
Preferred Skills
- Strong Python and R programming skills.
- Knowledge of predictive modeling and experimental design.
- Experience with statistical methods, data visualization, and bioinformatics tools.
- Ability to contribute to research publications.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Experience with NGS, metagenomics, or sequencing workflows is highly desirable.
Eligibility Criteria
- Master’s degree in Bioinformatics, Biostatistics, Computational Biology, or related fields.
- 0–1 year of experience (freshers encouraged).
- Publications or relevant academic projects are a bonus.
