Key Responsibilities

As a Bioinformatics Analyst, you will:

• Analyze large-scale sequencing datasets such as Whole Metagenome Genome sequencing.
• Interpret complex biological data for research-driven insights.
• Contribute to study protocol design and technical reports.
• Offer statistical expertise for cross-functional scientific projects.
• Conduct simulations to assess study designs and analytical strategies.
• Ensure accuracy, reproducibility, and quality of assigned studies.
• Perform data cleaning, transformation, and manipulation for daily analyses.

Preferred Skills

• Strong Python and R programming skills.
• Knowledge of predictive modeling and experimental design.
• Experience with statistical methods, data visualization, and bioinformatics tools.
• Ability to contribute to research publications.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience with NGS, metagenomics, or sequencing workflows is highly desirable.

Eligibility Criteria

• Master’s degree in Bioinformatics, Biostatistics, Computational Biology, or related fields.
• 0–1 year of experience (freshers encouraged).
• Publications or relevant academic projects are a bonus.
