🔍 Job Responsibilities
As a Business Development Associate, you will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned network hospitals.
- Work as a liaison between the client’s sales teams and internal teams such as sales, marketing, product, and operations.
- Monitor key account performance and prepare detailed sales reports.
- Identify business growth opportunities across hospital networks.
- Deliver presentations, proposals, and periodic business reviews.
- Address client issues professionally and promptly.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success.
✔️ Eligibility & Qualifications
We are looking for:
- Female candidates with 1–4 years of experience in Key Account Management or Client Relationship Management.
- Freshers from Life Sciences / Biotech background with strong communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working with high-value or enterprise clients (healthcare/pharma preferred).
- Analytical mindset with expertise in Excel, Google Sheets, and dashboards.
- Self-driven, well-organized, and confident in engaging with senior professionals.
