Key Responsibilities
- Build strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs).
- Develop and implement strategic territory business plans.
- Conduct science-based discussions to deliver meaningful clinical insights.
- Track competitor activities and evolving market trends.
- Manage budgets, samples, and promotional resources effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to achieve business goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare standards.
Required Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (any stream).
- Minimum 1 year experience in field sales/territory management/customer-facing roles.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales.
- Strong ability to interpret and communicate scientific/clinical data.
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and listening skills.
- Ability to manage territories and build customer relationships.
- Fluency in multiple languages (an advantage).
- High learning agility with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
Work Environment & Travel
This is a full-time, on-field role requiring regular travel across the assigned Bangalore territory.
