Key Responsibilities
Production Roles
- Operate cleanroom equipment: autoclaves, homogenizers, CIP/SIP, filling lines (Romaco, PKB, Marchesini, Norden)
- Perform aseptic filling, filter integrity, glove leak testing
- Handle granulation (Geo TRV), compression (Fette 2200/3200), bottle packing (Countec)
- Maintain BMRs, logbooks, and SAP documentation
- Conduct in-process checks, balance calibration, material issuance
Quality Control
- Hands-on with HPLC, GC, LCMS, ICPMS, UV, Dissolution, APSD, Spray Pattern
- Analyze RM, FP, stability samples, handle OOS/OOT
- Perform instrument calibration, 21 CFR compliance, method validation
Quality Assurance & Validation
- Review BMR/BPR, SOPs, protocols, cleaning validation
- Conduct IQ/OQ/PQ, HVAC qualification, media fill, CCIT
- Monitor aseptic practices, environmental monitoring, deviations & CAPA
Qualifications & Skills Required
- USFDA/MHRA exposure is compulsory
- Hands-on experience in GMP, GLP, GDP, Data Integrity
- Proficiency in SAP, QAMS, root cause analysis
- Strong documentation & audit-facing skills
- 60% marks mandatory if experience <5 years
