As a Pharmacovigilance Services Associate at Accenture, your key responsibilities include:
- Managing the affiliate mailbox and reconciling safety reports.
- Performing written follow-ups for serious and non-serious adverse event cases.
- Creating and managing case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, and case processing.
- Submitting and tracking Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) in compliance with global regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborating with team members and supervisors to resolve routine issues.
- Working in rotational shifts as per business requirements.
