Job Responsibilities
As a Quality Specialist II, you will play a critical role in ensuring product quality and compliance. Your key responsibilities include:
- PQR Compilation & Reviews: Prepare and review Product Quality Reports (PQR) to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- CMC Documentation Review: Evaluate Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls (CMC) documentation for accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
- Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) Oversight: Ensure BMRs meet quality and regulatory requirements.
- Quality Management Systems (QMS): Implement and maintain QMS processes to uphold quality standards.
- Performance Management: Monitor and improve quality metrics to drive operational excellence.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Education: B.Pharm or M.Pharm from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 1-3 years in pharmaceutical quality assurance, with expertise in PQR compilation, CMC documentation, and QMS.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of PQR compilation and reviews.
- Proficiency in reviewing CMC documentation and BMRs.
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Excellent analytical and performance management skills.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to quality excellence.
