Job Responsibilities
As a Quality Control Officer/Executive at Lupin, you will:
- Conduct analysis of formulation and stability samples (tablets dosage) for in-process, BU, CU, assay, dissolution, RS, and OOT.
- Handle RM/FP/SS, OOS, and laboratory deviations, ensuring compliance with USFDA and MHRA regulations.
- Operate and maintain analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, LCMS, and ICPMS.
- Perform analytical method transfers, method validation, and cleaning validation.
- Prepare detailed reports and ensure adherence to GLP, 21 CFR, and pharmacopeia standards.
- Support instrument software validation and qualification/calibration of laboratory equipment.
Qualifications and Experience
To qualify for this role, candidates must have:
- Education: B.Pharma or M.Sc in a relevant field.
- Experience:
- Officer: 2-7 years in quality control with USFDA/MHRA exposure.
- Executive: 8-10 years in quality control with regulatory compliance experience.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in HPLC, GC, LCMS, ICPMS, and other QC instruments.
- Knowledge of analytical method transfer, validation, and pharmacopeia updates.
- Familiarity with 21 CFR, GLP, and laboratory deviation handling.
- Additional Requirements:
- Minimum 60% marks in academics if experience is less than 5 years.
- Submission of all previous relieving/experience letters.
- No Lupin interviews in the last 6 months.
