We are seeking skilled individuals to contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing facilities. Specific roles include:
- Process Maintenance: Ensuring optimal performance of manufacturing processes.
- Instrumentation and Calibration: Maintaining and calibrating critical instrumentation equipment.
- HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning): Managing and maintaining the HVAC systems within our facilities.
- Water Systems: Overseeing the operation and maintenance of our water purification and distribution systems.
- Automation: Working with and maintaining automated systems within our manufacturing processes.
Production – Drug Product (0-4 Years Experience)
These positions are critical to the production of high-quality vaccines and sterile injectables. Roles include:
- Autoclave Operation: Operating and maintaining autoclaves for sterilization processes.
- Formulation: Preparing and handling drug formulations according to strict quality control standards.
- Filling (Vials, BFS, PFS): Filling vials, blow-fill-seal (BFS), and pre-filled syringes (PFS) with drug products.
- Vial Washing and Depyrogenation: Cleaning and sterilizing vials to ensure product sterility.
- C-RABS, O-RABS, Isolator Operation: Operating and maintaining containment systems such as Closed Restricted Access Barrier Systems (C-RABS), Open Restricted Access Barrier Systems (O-RABS), and isolators.
- Sealing and Capping: Ensuring proper sealing and capping of finished drug products.
