Job Description: Clinical Data Coder
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate coding of medical terms using MedDRA and WHODD dictionaries.
- Ensure compliance with clinical data management processes from study start-up to database lock.
- Review and validate coded data for consistency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve coding discrepancies.
- Adhere to regulatory guidelines and company SOPs.
Eligibility Criteria:
✔ 2.5+ years of experience in clinical data coding (mandatory).
✔ Strong knowledge of MedDRA and WHODD coding standards.
✔ Understanding of clinical data management (CDM) processes.
✔ Willingness to work in hybrid/office-based mode (Bangalore/Thane).
✔ Flexibility to work in shifts.
