Key Responsibilities:
✔ Perform HCC coding and medical record abstraction with high accuracy.
✔ Ensure compliance with CMS guidelines, coding clinic determinations, and HIPAA regulations.
✔ Validate HCC-mapped diagnoses to maximize revenue generation.
✔ Maintain 95%+ coding accuracy while meeting productivity standards.
✔ Analyze medical records to extract and validate diagnoses.
✔ Identify and report trends in coding/documentation errors.
✔ Provide coaching and support to peers with strong verbal/written communication skills.
Eligibility Criteria for HCC Medical Coders
✅ Education: Any Graduate
✅ Experience: Minimum 1.2 years in HCC Coding
✅ Certification: Active AAPC/AHIMA credentials (Mandatory)
✅ Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Expertise in HCC record abstraction and coding
