- Awareness Programs: Design and execute awareness programs through advertising and other engagement models.
- National Footprint: Develop strategies to expand the national reach of PvPI.
- Incentive Programs: Design and execute incentive programs.
Qualifications and Experience
- Essential:
- Master’s degree in Pharmacy / Clinical Pharmacology / Pharmacy Practice / Clinical Research / Pharm.D / MBBS / BDS from a recognized university/institute.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in drug safety, pharmacovigilance, or clinical trials.
- Experience managing multi-location operations.
- Ability to design and execute systems and communication strategies.
- Experience in running large public awareness programs.
- Preferred:
- MBA as an additional qualification.
Age and Salary
- Age: Preferably below 50 years (relaxable for suitable candidates).
- Salary: Rs. 90,000 to Rs. 1,50,000 per month.
