The Production department is hiring for multiple positions in the API plant, including trainee, officer, executive, senior executive and apprentice roles. Responsibilities
- Support routine API plant production operations as per assigned role and department requirements.
- Assist in handling production activities while following plant procedures and safety expectations.
- Work in coordination with senior team members for batch-related activities and shop-floor execution.
- Maintain discipline and compliance in production areas as applicable to API manufacturing.
Qualifications
- Trainee Officer: BSc Chemistry / Diploma Chemical, Full Time.
- Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive: BSc Chemistry / Diploma Chemical, Full Time / BE Chemical / MSc Chemistry.
- Apprentice: MSc Chemistry, Graduation year 2025-2026.
Key Skills and Experience Required

- Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive: 2-5 years, API / Intermediate experience preferred.

2. Engineering Roles
Job Overview
The Engineering department is hiring FTE / Operator positions on roll company job and an apprentice role. These openings are suitable for candidates with Diploma, ITI and BE Mechanical backgrounds, especially those with experience in RO Water, Purified Water or Fitter maintenance activities.
Responsibilities
- Support engineering operations and maintenance activities at the API plant.
- Assist in water system-related operations such as RO Water and Purified Water, where applicable.
- Carry out fitter maintenance activities as per role requirements.
- Coordinate with plant and engineering teams to ensure smooth utility and maintenance support.
Qualifications
- FTE / Operator (On Roll Company Job): Any Diploma / ITI.
- FTE / Operator (On Roll Company Job): Any Diploma / ITI.
- Apprentice: BE Mechanical, Graduation year 2025-2026.
Key Skills and Experience Required
- 2-5 years experience in RO Water / Purified Water.

3. PDL Shift Duty Role
Job Overview
Zydus Lifesciences is also hiring for a PDL shift duty role requiring an MSc Chemistry qualification and experience in analytical instruments such as GC and HPLC.
Responsibilities
- Support PDL shift duty activities as assigned by the department.
- Work with relevant laboratory or plant development activities requiring chemistry knowledge.
- Use GC / HPLC exposure to support role-specific work requirements.
- Maintain quality, documentation and process discipline as applicable to the function.
Qualifications
- MSc Chemistry.
