Production Department:
- Officer/Executive: We are seeking experienced professionals with 2-6 years of experience in a production environment. Candidates should possess a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Chemistry, a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Industrial Chemistry, or a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Chemical Engineering. This role offers significant responsibility and the chance to contribute directly to our manufacturing processes.
- Trainee Officer: This is an ideal entry-level position for recent graduates (Graduation Year 2024) with a B.Sc. or Diploma in Chemical Engineering. This role provides hands-on training and mentorship, allowing you to develop your skills and knowledge within a supportive team environment. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in the pharmaceutical industry.
Engineering Department:
- Instrumentation Engineer: We are looking for an experienced Instrumentation Engineer with 1-3 years of experience and a B.E. in Instrumentation. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting instrumentation equipment within our manufacturing facility. Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach are essential for this role.
Warehouse Department:
- Material Management: We are looking for a graduate with 1-3 years of experience in material management within the API industry. A strong understanding of inventory control, warehousing procedures, and materials handling is crucial for this position. Experience working in a regulated environment is preferred.
Detailed Job Description: Trainee Officer – Production
The Trainee Officer in the Production department plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing processes. Key responsibilities include:
- Following GMP and Safety Procedures: Adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and strict safety protocols is paramount. You will be responsible for ensuring all operations are conducted in compliance with these regulations.
- Process Operation and Equipment Handling: You will be trained to operate various pieces of equipment, including reactors, filtration equipment, dryers, and powder processing equipment. This involves following detailed Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Quality Control and Documentation: Maintaining accurate records and documentation is essential. Your responsibilities will include verifying raw materials, packing materials, and intermediates; updating equipment status boards; and ensuring proper waste disposal.
- Cleaning and Sanitation: You will play a key role in maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment, following established cleaning procedures and protocols.
- Batch Record Management: This includes online filling of batch records, submission to QA for review, and participation in audits.
- Preventive Maintenance: You will assist with equipment preventive maintenance and calibration according to schedule.
