Roles & Responsibilities
Production
- Operate injectable manufacturing equipment.
- Follow SOPs and GMP guidelines.
- Maintain production records accurately.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Engineering
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Maintain plant utility and instrumentation systems.
- Ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
Quality Assurance (IPQA)
- Conduct in-process quality checks.
- Ensure GMP compliance throughout manufacturing.
- Review batch documentation and report deviations.
Packing
- Supervise packing line operations.
- Monitor labelling, blistering, cartonator and Track & Trace activities.
- Ensure packaging quality and production targets are achieved.
